Chris Baker – Media & Television

Chris Baker is a speaker, mentor and author whose extraordinary life story has begun attracting attention across film, television and national campaigns.

Born into chaos and shame, Chris grew up surrounded by trauma and instability. In his early twenties, a stolen motorbike crash during a police chase left him critically injured and resulted in the amputation of his arm. While recovering in hospital he was arrested and later sentenced to prison.

At one point he was described as 'the most dangerous amputee in the UK'.

Prison became a turning point.

Through reflection, mentorship and determination, Chris began rebuilding his life and understanding how trauma, shame and identity had shaped his decisions.

Today Chris works with young people, schools, charities and corporate audiences across the UK, delivering powerful talks on resilience, trauma, identity and transformation.

Chris is available for documentaries, television appearances, podcasts, interviews and media collaborations.
